Shidah of Lagos provides photography, videography, and related creative services, including studio shoots, event coverage, and content creation. All services are delivered with professionalism and creativity, tailored to meet client expectations.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Final payment is required before delivering the completed work.

3. Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate information during booking.

• Timeliness is crucial; late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation.

• Clients are responsible for securing permissions for shooting at specific locations.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date will incur a penalty.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Delivery of Work

• Edited images and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeline.

• Delivery will be made digitally unless otherwise arranged.

• Additional edits or requests outside the initial scope may incur extra charges.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

• Shidah of Lagos retains copyright to all images and videos unless explicitly transferred.

• Clients are granted usage rights for personal or agreed-upon purposes only.

• Commercial use requires prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

• We value client privacy and will not share content without permission, except for promotional purposes (with prior consent).

• Confidential client information will be handled securely and not disclosed to third parties.

8. Liability

• Shidah of Lagos is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as equipment failure, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

• Liability for loss or damage to images and videos is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be addressed amicably through direct communication.

• If unresolved, disputes will be settled under the laws of [Insert Country/State].
